Center of Gravity for trading channel (Download Link)

Center of Gravity is the channel indicator that seems on the chart of the foreign money pair channel, consisting of 5 strains:

Blue line – center line of the channel
Green line – inner borders of the channel
Yellow strains – exterior borders of the channel

The distance between the interior and exterior borders is a direct dependence on the extent of volatility. The greater the volatility is, the shorter the interval between boundaries.

The indicator is utilized in channel foreign exchange methods and includes the usage of two varieties of entry factors:

1. Rebound from the border of the channel

Prices rebound from the decreased border of the channel opening a purchase place, the primary take revenue set within the center line of the channel, and the second Take Profit – on the high border of the channel. Stop Loss is positioned under the channel, at a distance comparable to the spacing between the inexperienced and yellow strains:

2. Price crosses the middle line of the channel

The signal for opening a protracted place is the value crossing the midline of the channel from the underside up, to open a brief place – from high to backside. Take Profit and Stop Loss set at a degree of inner boundaries of the channel.
