SEC freezes resources of DEBT Box, alleging $50M node license ‘sham’

The USA Securities and Alternate Price has obtained a quick-timeframe asset freeze against Utah-based fully crypto firm Digital Licensing Inc, accusing the agency of perpetrating a $50 million faux crypto draw.

On Aug. 3 the SEC announced it had obtained a quick-timeframe asset freeze, restraining divulge, and plenty of emergency relief against Digital Licensing Inc., which used to be working as “DEBT Box.”
