Ooki DAO misses lawsuit response closing date, default judgment on the playing cards

The Commodity Futures Trading Price (CFTC) has begun the formula of getting a default judgment in its case in opposition to Ooki DAO after the latter omitted the closing date to answer to the lawsuit.

In response to a Jan. 11 court docket filing, the regulator has requested the court docket for an “entry of default” in opposition to the decentralized self sustaining group (DAO), mentioning it had omitted the closing date to “answer or otherwise defend” as urged by the summons.
