Nepal Regulator Orders ISPs To Block Crypto Websites Or Face The Legislation

Nepal’s telecommunications regulator has ordered the country’s web service suppliers (ISPs) to block all cryptocurrency trading websites, threatening upright action against these that fail to comply.

In a Jan. 8 witness, the Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) ordered ISPs and electronic mail service suppliers to forestall entry to “websites, apps or on-line networks” connected to crypto.
