Crypto alternate Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN) has been named as a defendant in a honest complaint brought by NanoLabs — the corporate in the aid of the digital forex Nano (NANO) — over alleged trademark infringement.

Within the Feb. 24 filing with the California Northern District Courtroom, NanoLabs alleged Coinbase’s Nano Bitcoin futures contract and Nano Ether futures contract merchandise infringe on trademark rights owned by them.
