BlockFi pros, Gemini named in lawsuit by disgruntled investor

An investor with almost $2 million worth of funds frozen in bankrupt cryptocurrency lender BlockFi has filed a class-walk criticism in opposition to its founders, two directors and crypto exchange Gemini.

In a Feb. 28 criticism filed within the U.S. District Court docket for the District of Contemporary Jersey, investor Trey Greene accused the defendants of various wrongdoings, including violating the user fraud and exchange acts and breaching its fiduciary responsibilities, as well to offering and selling unregistered securities.
