
Australia’s financial regulator has sued eToro over its contract for incompatibility (CFD) product, alleging the buying and selling platform feeble inadequate screening tests when offering the leveraged derivative contracts to retail traders.
The Australian Securities and Investments Charge (ASIC) stated on Aug. 3 that it hadcommenced Federal Court lawsuits over eToro’s CFD product for targeting too huge a market and breaching produce and distribution concepts.
